On a warm and pleasant night go out side and lie down on a matt or on any surface you feel comfortable. Place your arms by your side with your palms facing up spend a few minuets looking at the night sky.
Take in and observe the depth of the universe and breath in the expansiveness. Remind your self of your place in the world in relation to everything else. Think about how everything is interrelated, near and far.
Appreciate and celebrate the extraordinariness of it all feel your appreciation and let gratitude flow through you.
Affirm I am here in the present, absorbing the air and night sky the stars and beyond.
I am one with all that exists.
